An auto-generated survey is sent to a client when a transaction closes and the buyer(s)/seller(s) have a valid client email address. This is a comprehensive satisfaction survey, reflective of the transaction process from start to finish. The results of these surveys are used to qualify offices and sales associates for the annual Quality Service Award.
